Logowear Express has been been printing custom t shirts for organizations just like yours for over 20 years. Every step of our process has been honed and tested over the years so that the end result is a custom printed design that looks great on every garment.

We use the latest in screen stretching technology to make sure the tension of the screen for your design is perfect. This means that your custom t shirt design will come out sharp and clean. To see what we mean look at one of the printed t shirts in your collection. (We know you have at least 10). You can tell right away how well a job has been done by how sharp the lines are and how the colors register. What does register mean? Well, you’re going to find out whether you like it or not.

Each color in your design requires a different screen. When the colors are lined up correctly to produce a sharp image displaying each color where it belongs we say the job is registered properly. In order to do this on multi-colored jobs we use a special registration system that starts with the artwork. This system, in combination with our automated presses, has a tolerance of less than 1/1000 of an inch. Again, look at one of the
t shirts in your collection and you’ll know right away how good the registration is.
